Job summary

DS Smith plc is seeking an Account Manager for the UK Strategic Accounts team. You will manage large-scale strategic accounts, deliver insights, and support tender processes while travelling across the UK and Ireland.

This remote role requires strong stakeholder management and a proven track record in B2B account leadership. As a proactive sales professional, you will collaborate with Design and Innovation teams to unlock growth areas, present to senior clients, and build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Proven success managing large strategic accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with the ability to deliver presentations and lead commercial reviews.
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and remotely, holding a full driving license and willing to travel across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with DS Smith's largest UK strategic accounts.
• Deliver regular commercial insights, service reviews and tender support.
• Collaborate with Design and Innovation teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Present to clients and senior stakeholders and lead high-level commercial reviews.
• Travel across the UK and Ireland and work remotely from home.
