Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with major national and Tier 1 contractors across the Midlands.
• Identify and secure commercial opportunities across large infrastructure projects.
• Engage with senior decision-makers including procurement and commercial directors.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead project lifecycle engagement from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate with internal commercial, technical and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Negotiate long-term commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Monitor pipelines and market developments for future opportunities.
