Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Claims Procurement Consultant to optimise value across motor and property claims supply chain. The role focuses on end-to-end commercial management, collaborating with stakeholders to design forward-thinking service solutions and robust contractual frameworks.

Ideal candidates bring MCIPS (or working towards) and a proven track record in procurement, SRM, or category management within a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor and/or property claims procurement and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, SRM or category management in fast-paced settings.
• Experience contracting, sourcing processes, and negotiating agreements under governance.

Responsibilities

• Optimise value across Aviva's motor/property claims sourcing and supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operations to design service solutions.
• Develop and negotiate commercial contracts and governance aligned agreements.
• Mitigate risk and support Net Zero objectives through sourcing strategies.
