Job summary

Trafi, an Enghouse Company, is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to build opportunities with cities, transit agencies and industry partners in the UK. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home or the office and a chance to shape long-term commercial opportunities.

You will lead complex multi-stakeholder sales, develop proposals and business cases, travel to meetings and industry events, and collaborate with Product, Delivery and Marketing to turn customer insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B mobility/SaaS sales with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience selling to cities, transit authorities or regulated sectors.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to identify and grow new opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with cities, transit agencies, operators, consultants, and partners.
• Identify market trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments to create opportunities.
• Lead complex consultative sales processes, including public tenders where applicable.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to shape future product development with customer insights.
• Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations communicating value of Trafi's solutions.
• Represent Trafi at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
