Job summary
Hanson Search Ltd in Essex seeks a Group Head of Mobilisation and Optimisation to build a new function, linking Sales, Operations, Product and Technology. You will lead multiple project teams across ANPR and AIM portfolios with a clear career path to COO, and operate from a home-based hybrid setup with time at the Essex head office.
The role offers a base around £100k, a performance bonus linked to EBITDA, a company car or car allowance, private medical insurance, 25 days leave, pension and life
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in a complex operations or service-based organisation.
- Proven track record in mobilisation, implementation or programme delivery.
- Ability to translate commercial requirements into scalable delivery models.
- Strong commercial judgement across investment, budgeting and resourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the mobilisation strategy and operating model for the group.
- Govern handover from Sales to Operations and ensure go-live criteria are met.
- Lead project teams delivering ANPR and AIM portfolios to time and standard.
- Embed health and safety, CDM, quality and KPIs driving continuous improvement.
- Challenge commitments and manage delivery risk with senior stakeholders.
