Hanson Regan Ltd, an award-winning SAP & IT recruitment consultancy in Bromley, seeks a driven consultant to own the full cycle from briefing to onboarding. You’ll win new business, headhunt top SAP talent and deliver precise resourcing with a consultative approach.

You will drive client relationships, manage negotiations and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team environment in a hybrid setup with strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ recruitment or B2B sales experience within IT or ERP.
• Billing against target and winning new accounts.
• Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems.
• Consultative style, high energy and a positive outlook.

• Delivering Precise Resourcing. You'll take sharp briefs, headhunt specialist SAP talent and get quality shortlists over the line, fast.
• Owning the full cycle. That means sourcing, screening, submission, interview, offer and onboarding.
• Negotiating like a pro.
• Building relationships that last. Clients and candidates come back to people they trust.
• Lifting others.

What You'll Bring

• 2 to 4 years’ recruitment or B2B sales experience within IT or ERP, with a strong tech recruitment background
• A track record of billing against target and winning new accounts
• Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems
