Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Head of Contract Mobilisation & Integration to lead complex contract transitions from award to Day 1 delivery and ongoing operations. You will drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement at executive levels to ensure readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in outsourced services, preferably housing and property management.
• Proven success leading complex mobilisations, transitions or service implementations.
• Strong commercial understanding, able to operationalise contract obligations.
• Experience with bid assurance, solution design, contract negotiation, TUPE and service commencement.
• Strong governance, risk management, financial control and stakeholder-management capability.
• Ability to influence Executive, client and senior operational levels.
• Proven ability to build repeatable processes and capture lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract and Bid Support: Participate in bid governance and approval processes; assess operational feasibility and mobil mobilisation requirements; review customer requirements and identify risks; validate operating assumptions with divisions and reflect mobilisation requirements in solution design and pricing.
• Contract Negotiation and Readiness: Work with Legal and Commercial teams to assess contractual provisions; review and negotiate operational schedules, KPIs, service credits, mobilisation requirements and governance provisions; develop a contract readiness assessment and obligations matrix; ensure operational readiness ownership remains with the role.
• Mobilisation Leadership: Establish mobilisation strategy, plan, governance and critical path; chair Mobilisation Steering Group; manage risks, issues and budget; coordinate readiness across functions; provide escalation reports to COO/IC; lead Day 1 readiness decision.
• Contract Integration and Embedding: Translate contractual commitments into operating procedures, playbooks and governance; embed obligations into BAU delivery; conduct Day 30/90/180 reviews and handover after stabilisation.
• Commercial Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Monitor delivery against bid assumptions and mobilisation objectives; identify risks and implement corrective actions; capture lessons learned and feed into future bids and operating models; support contract audits.
