Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation in the UK Basildon area to lead data-led resource management across multiple sites. You will improve labour planning, forecasting and scheduling, develop cost models and support investment decisions while ensuring customer experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in labour planning and workforce management across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to forecast demand and translate into labour plans and costs.
• Experience analysing P&L and driving cost reduction.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-led resource management and cost controls.
• Improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting across Places Leisure.
• Identify efficiencies and support investment decisions with cost models.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders including Directors.
