Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong ability to test and optimize funnels and creatives.
• Experience leading client-facing performance reviews.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Meta ad campaigns for ~10 active client accounts.
• Develop and optimize lead-gen funnels (VSLs and booked-call workflows).
• Own the client relationship; run weekly performance calls with clear reporting.
• Analyze data to drive sales and lead quality improvements.
• Collaborate with the founder to test new creatives and messaging.
• Monitor budgets and pacing to maximize ROI across accounts.
• Document processes to improve internal scalability and quality.
• Proactively identify underperforming accounts and implement fixes.
