Job summary

Resilia is hiring 1–2 senior Meta Media Buyers to own our Meta account end-to-end across Facebook and Instagram, with no babysitting and no one re-checking daily decisions. You will drive structure, launches, budgets, scaling, and live optimization at scale.

We expect hands-on experience managing seven- to eight-figure Meta ad spend, with autonomy and real accountability. Remote-first role requiring overlap with US hours for real-time scaling.

Qualifications

• Extensive seven- to eight-figure Meta ad spend history.
• Hands-on ownership of high-spend accounts in DTC/e-commerce.
• Advanced KPI fluency beyond Meta basics: MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta account end-to-end: structure, campaigns, budgets and results.
• Scale high six-figure daily ad spend while hitting CAC and margin targets.
• Launch ads and variations quickly with QA and clean tracking.
• Manage multi-SKU structure for clear spend allocation and learnings.
• Diagnose performance swings and adjust budgets in real time.
• Build tests across creatives, angles, offers, audiences; inform scaling.
• Provide actionable creative direction from account data.
• Report performance against core business KPIs with clear next steps.
