Job summary

fractional / talent (powered by Quartermaster) is seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive to join its growing team. You will manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, with guidance from senior colleagues to develop technical expertise and move toward a strategic role.

This hands-on position covers campaign setup, budget management, optimisation, creative implementation, reporting and performance analysis, with autonomy to improve processes and drive results.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12–18 months hands-on paid media experience in an agency setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience setting up, managing and optimising campaigns rather than merely monitoring.
• Exposure to ecommerce or direct-to-consumer advertising (Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns or Performance Max preferred).
• Good understanding of paid media performance metrics and their interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail around budgets, setup and data accuracy.
• Proactive, curious approach to problem-solving and campaign optimisation.
• Interest in AI and emerging marketing tech with experience using Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend and ensure activity is pacing correctly.
• Upload creative assets, implement testing plans and maintain accurate configurations.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.
• Produce accurate performance reports and clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with performance.
• Maintain clean account structures, proper naming and tracking.
