You’ll build, launch, test, and optimise Meta campaigns across high value B2B and B2C leads, collaborating with in-house creatives to craft hooks and analyse daily performance. A hands-on role focused on data-driven results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Meta ad campaigns experience.
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic about ads and hooks.
• Highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and monitor Meta campaigns for B2B and B2C products.
• Track CPL, CPC, C2C and EPL; adjust daily for performance.
• Collaborate with in-house design to brief and test ads.
• Conduct competitor ad research and uncover market trends.
• Analyze lead quality and conversion metrics to drive business outcomes.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, copy, and analysis.
• Build expertise in Meta Ads Manager and tracking setup.
