Sky UK Limited's Sky Media is seeking a Media Effectiveness Lead to centralise how media investments are decided, translating econometrics, testing and digital performance into a clear, commercially grounded view.

Reporting to the Head of Media Effectiveness, you’ll drive annual and quarterly planning, transform processes, and provide decision-ready guidance to Marketing and Planning teams in a hybrid working environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in media strategy, planning or effectiveness roles.
• Able to synthesize inputs into clear, commercial recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to drive change and improve ways of working.
• Strong communication with concise, decision-oriented narratives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central coordination point for media investment decisions and planning.
• Balance insights with strategic thinking to define investment priorities.
• Transform and embed new processes across Marketing, Media Planning and Strategy.
• Own annual and quarterly cross-portfolio budget allocation and recommendations.
• Turn outputs into actionable guidance for campaigns and planning.
• Lead executive narrative and learning application across teams.
