Qualifications

• Experience developing media strategies across multiple channels, including digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
• Confidence managing client relationships and translating business objectives into effective media plans.
• Strong campaign management skills with delivery against timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Own day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring plans move from brief through to execution and optimisation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key partner across planning activity.
• Identify proactive opportunities to strengthen campaign performance and create additional value for clients.
• Collaborate with specialist teams, agency partners, and suppliers to deliver connected solutions.
• Support and develop team members through coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to the wider agency community by sharing best practice and industry initiatives.
