Job summary

Sky Media, the advertising sales arm of Sky, is seeking a Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will translate department commercial objectives into robust marketing plans and deliver them via a capability layer spanning content, digital & social, events, and creative.

Lead end-to-end marketing, align with revenue targets, and manage plans within capacity. A hybrid work approach applies: three days in the office per week, with flexible collaboration across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a marketing plan end-to-end.
• Delivery and reporting through non-direct reports.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior commercial audiences.
• Comfort with revenue targets and how marketing drives money.
• Excellent briefing and written communication.
• Planning discipline under capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Act as marketing lead for aligned departments; translate commercial objectives into plans.
• Deliver plans using internal resources across content, digital & social, events and creative.
• Develop a year-long programme with calendar, budget and deliverables.
• Capacity-check plans and re-scope quarterly based on priorities.
• Write briefs that specialists can action without further meetings.
• Measure programme contribution with the Head of Marketing and department.
• Report progress regularly and stop ineffective activity when needed.
