Sky UK Limited is seeking a Media Effectiveness Lead to sit at the heart of how we invest in media, translating diverse evidence into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.

Reporting to the Head of Media Effectiveness, you will coordinate inputs from econometrics, testing, digital performance, media planning and agency partners into a single, coherent view and drive learning across Sky's media investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in media strategy, planning or effectiveness roles.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive change across teams and ways of working.
• Strong communication, distilling complex topics into decisions.
• Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing, inclusive cultures.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central coordination point for media investment decisions, owning annual, quarterly and in-year planning.
• Balance insight with strategic thinking to define investment choices and priorities.
• Drive transformation of Media Effectiveness processes and operating model.
• Own cross-portfolio budget allocation, combining econometrics, digital opportunities and test outcomes.
• Turn outputs into clear guidance for Media and Marketing Strategy teams.
• Translate complex inputs into decision-ready outputs and align across teams.
