Job summary

Groupe Adequat UK is seeking an experienced Mechanical Bias Contract Manager to oversee delivery of technical services contracts across multiple sites in the Leeds area. You will balance strong client relationships with operational delivery and safe, profitable performance.

The role requires a solid background in building services and maintenance management, with experience in PPM programmes, contract P&L, quotations, and lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical & maintenance management contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract P&L management.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing additional works.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services, mechanical systems, and associated plant.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management and delivery across multiple sites.
• Support clients throughout contract implementation and delivery.
• Understand WIP, PPM programmes, site requirements and client expectations.
• Monitor contract performance, profitability, and viability.
• Ensure service delivery meets standards and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract development.
• Prepare and issue quotations for additional works.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and operatives.
• Develop lifecycle plans and budget forecasts based on asset condition.
