Job summary

Elite Hire Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead multiple mechanical packages from pre-construction through to final account on commercial refurbishment projects across the UK.

Based in the Midlands, you will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to specifications while maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical contracts management on refurbishment projects.
• Experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from handover to completion.
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Programming works, labour planning, and progress reporting.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and company standards.
• Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
