Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager for Levy Stadia, Conference & Events. You will shape the marketing strategy across 13 stadium venues, collaborating with the Head of Marketing, sales teams and agencies to drive demand and enquiries beyond match day.

You will deliver hands-on campaigns, manage email activity, create assets in Canva, optimise the website and lead a Marketing Executive, with a focus on ROI and commercial outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing experience, ideally in venues, hospitality, events or multi-site business.
• Experience developing marketing strategy and turning it into clear campaign plans.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret forecasts and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Marketing to shape priorities and drive marketing strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain the annual Conference & Events marketing strategy with audiences, channels, budgets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities using forecasts, pipeline data and venue performance to tailor marketing activity.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and sales teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.
• Deliver integrated quarterly campaign plans with briefs, channels, timelines and KPIs.
• Hands-on delivery of email campaigns, audience management and performance reporting.
• Write and edit campaign copy and create on-brand assets using Canva; brief agencies as needed.
• Manage Conference & Events website content, pages, journeys and optimisation.
