Job summary

Levy UK is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive Conference & Events marketing across 13 iconic stadium venues. You will craft campaigns and content that extend beyond match day, working with venue teams, agencies and clients to deliver impactful activity.

You’ll manage email campaigns, support website updates, and develop on-brand assets, contributing to awareness, enquiries and bookings across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role or a relevant marketing qualification with practical marketing experience.
• Experience across email marketing, content management, social media or campaign reporting platforms.
• Strong written English, proofreading skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of quarterly and venue-specific Conference & Events marketing campaigns, keeping schedules, actions and deadlines on track.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager, venue teams, sales teams, client marketing teams and agencies to turn commercial priorities into engaging activity.
• Create clear, persuasive content for email campaigns, websites, social media, brochures, presentations and sales materials.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of email campaigns, including audience selection, build, testing, scheduling, sending and reporting.
• Use campaign data and insights to identify opportunities, test activity and improve future campaigns.
• Coordinate website updates and campaign landing pages with testing, tracking and content accuracy.
• Create on-brand marketing assets using Canva or Adobe, ensuring consistency across channels.
