Job summary

Cantourage UK is seeking a hands-on finance professional to join our growing team to sharpen planning, forecasting and decision-making. You’ll report to the Fractional CFO and work day-to-day with our Finance Manager and Analyst to turn financial and operational data into management accounts, forecasts and actionable recommendations for leadership.

You’ll own monthly management accounts, build integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow forecasts, challenge assumptions, and partner with Supply

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Experience building integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow forecasts.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfortable starting from a blank page.
• Ability to explain numbers in plain language to non-finance colleagues and challenge constructively.
• Natural curiosity; ask why and dig for the answer to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Own timely, accurate monthly management accounts for Cantourage UK and Cantourage Clinic, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Explain actual vs budget vs forecast; identify root causes of variances and write driving commentary.
• Support the CFO with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across P&L, balance sheet and cash.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Growth and Operations to improve inventory turns, cash conversion and profitability.
• Document and standardise management accounting processes; reduce manual reporting and improve data quality.
