Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Programme Benefits Analyst to join the Major Projects team within Strategic Asset Management. The role focuses on defining, tracking and realising the benefits from large-scale projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are sustained post-implementation.

You will work at the intersection of project delivery and business strategy, providing critical insight and assurance that value in business cases is achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits management on complex major projects.
• Skilled in benefits mapping, logic modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to define and prioritise measurable benefits.
• Develop benefits maps and profiles aligned with strategic objectives.
• Maintain benefits realisation plans and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability for benefit delivery.
• Produce insightful reports and dashboards for governance boards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of benefits frameworks.
