Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. seeks a Benefits Manager to define and prioritise measurable benefits with project sponsors and delivery teams, and to develop benefits maps aligned with strategic objectives.

You will maintain benefits realisation plans, monitor performance, engage senior stakeholders, produce governance dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-profile infrastructure environment. Hybrid working offered with a Peterborough office.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits management on complex major projects.
• Skilled in benefits mapping, logic modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
• High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.

Circa £30k, salary dependant on skills and experience Full time, 37 hours a week Permanent Hybrid working, Peterborough office

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to define and prioritise measurable benefits.


• Develop benefits maps and profiles aligned with strategic objectives.


• Maintain benefits realisation plans and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle.


• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability for benefit delivery.


• Produce insightful reports and dashboards for governance boards.


• Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of benefits frameworks.

About You:

• Experience in benefits management on complex major projects.


• Skilled in benefits mapping, logic modelling, and scenario analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional qualification in benefits management (desirable).


• Experience contributing to business cases using the HMT 5-case model.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
