Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Learning Transformation Manager to shape how learning is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives within our Learning function, building scalable, high-impact solutions that develop the capabilities our business needs for the future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale learning, talent or organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning strategies, frameworks and technologies.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives within complex organisations.
• Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Learning Transformation roadmap.
• Drive the modernisation of learning processes, systems and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Deliver strategic change initiatives that improve learning effectiveness and colleague experience.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Learning, Technology and operational teams.
• Manage multiple transformation projects while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across the Learning function.
