Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to lead learning, leadership development and organisational change initiatives across the organisation.

You will partner with business areas, design and deliver L&D programmes, and drive change management to support a high-performing culture. A CIPD qualification and strong IT/digital learning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification and Associate CIPD membership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated business areas, providing specialist L&D advice to stakeholders.
• Lead the design, development and delivery of L&D objectives and projects aligned with the People Strategy.
• Design and implement organisational change management initiatives, encouraging stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Lead leadership development programmes, workshops, training sessions and corporate learning initiatives.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis, develop learning strategies and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, talent development programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and collaborating with managers, employees, trade unions and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and within deadlines.
• Utilise digital tools and innovative learning methods to enhance L&D programmes.
• Support budget management, procurement, and the delivery of a professional L&D service.
• Provide supervision and performance management to L&D employees.
