Job summary

West Bromwich Building Society is seeking a Leadership Development Partner on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The role focuses on enhancing leadership capability across the Society and delivering tailored development initiatives.

The successful candidate will design programs, conduct training, and coach managers to improve performance. With a salary around £42,000 and a 35-hour week (part-time considerations) this fixed-term contract offers strong career development opportunities and exposure

Qualifications

Experience in a Management/Leadership Development Training role within a commercial environment.
Capability to present to Senior Managers and executives.
Ability to influence at senior levels and drive development initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs, training, talent development and succession planning.
Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and developmental needs based on reviews, feedback and goals.
Design and deliver leadership development programs and learning interventions.
Deliver training sessions and workshops; apply 70:20:10 learning approach.
Measure training impact with feedback, surveys and evaluations.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship for leadership skills.
Prepare managers for organisational changes and transitions.
Use data to track impact on KPIs and organisational success.
Create development opportunities for High Potential Talent through coaching and projects.
