Job summary

ASSYSTEM is seeking an experienced and commercially focused People Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover for 12 months. Support our FMN business unit and central functions, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and deliver pragmatic people solutions that drive performance, engagement and organisational change across the group.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant HR/People partnering experience advising and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong generalist HR across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience leading organisational change such as restructures, TUPE and transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical ability using people data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders as a strategic partner.
• Translate workforce priorities into effective people plans.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance, talent and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters with compliant outcomes.
• Coach managers to strengthen people management capability and drive accountability.
