West Bromwich Building Society is seeking a Leadership Development Partner on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The role focuses on enhancing leadership capability across the Society and delivering tailored development initiatives.
The successful candidate will design programs, conduct training, and coach managers to improve performance. With a salary around £42,000 and a 35-hour week (part-time considerations) this fixed-term contract offers strong career development opportunities and exposure

We have an fantastic opportunity for a Leadership Development Partner who will join our HR team who will be responsible for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of managers and colleagues across the Society. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives aimed at developing talent and leadership capabilities.
