Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a senior leadership development expert on a fixed term/part-time basis to reshape and deploy modern leadership across the business. You will lead talent and succession initiatives, design innovative learning interventions and align LandD with strategic goals, working with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of agile change.

You should be experienced in coaching, facilitation, and psychometrics, and capable of delivering measurable ROI across leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an OD/HR role focusing on Talent and Succession Management
• Leadership Development and Learning & Development experience
• Strong ability to manage and develop people and teams
• Experience at senior management level with change initiative leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide insight, design and execution for capability, cultural and change activities
• Contribute to a fit-for-future workforce through Talent/LandD strategy and succession planning
• Develop insights from outputs to underpin innovative learning solutions
• Lead and design leadership development interventions for high potentials
• Manage apprenticeship, graduate and internship programmes
• Shape learning and development strategy in collaboration with leaders
