Warburtons, the UK's No. 1 Bakery Brand, is seeking an IT Business Systems Leader to drive delivery of business-critical applications across multiple sites. You will shape IT strategy, lead a team of IT Managers and Developers, and partner with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.

You will manage roadmaps, ensure value for money, and foster continuous development within the IT function. The role offers a challenging, fast-paced environment across Bolton and surrounding sites.

• Experience leading IT applications teams across multiple sites.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT Business Systems Managers and Developers to deliver aligned IT applications.
• Coach and develop the IT team to ensure capability and engagement.
• Oversee IT roadmaps and ensure value for money in services and projects.
• Manage budget areas and drive cost efficiency across IT implementations.
• Provide user support and training for business functions and ensure processes are followed.
