Job summary

Matchtech in the United Kingdom is seeking a Leadership Development Programme Manager on a contract basis to oversee the design, coordination and delivery of leadership development initiatives that grow managers and future leaders across the business.

You will partner with senior leaders and SMEs to identify development needs, coordinate workshops, monitor progress and report on impact, shaping learning experiences within a progressive veterinary organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership development, learning and development or programme management.
• Strong understanding of leadership training and professional development principles.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet programme deadlines.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital learning or collaboration platforms.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes
• Coordinating programme schedules, learning materials, workshops and stakeholder communications
• Working with senior leaders, managers and subject matter experts to identify development needs
• Supporting the delivery of engaging learning and development sessions
• Monitoring programme progress, participation and effectiveness
• Gathering feedback and using insights to improve leadership initiatives
• Maintaining accurate programme documentation and reports
• Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation
