The Recipe

Are you passionate about improving HR processes, designing and implementing innovative, technology-led solutions, and enabling best-in-class service delivery?

This role is based at our Bolton HQ with flexible hybrid working options.

We are excited to offer a new opportunity within our high-performing People Team. In this newly created role, you will focus on optimizing processes and services to align our HR operations with organizational goals, enhancing customer experience, leveraging technology for efficiency, and using data insights to improve business performance.

You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality HR processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
  • Process Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and implement standardized HR shared services processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure quality.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Use KPIs, data, and analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and inform decision-making. Create reports, dashboards, and insights on query resolution, costs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implementation of Automation and Technology: Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and support new HR systems and tools for better efficiency and user experience.
  • Driving a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, organize workshops, and foster a culture of sharing best practices.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Gather stakeholder feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, monitoring relevant metrics.
  • Project Management: Lead improvement projects using strong project management skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams to understand issues, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate the value of improvement initiatives.
  • CPD: Maintain your professional development, share knowledge, and encourage team growth.

Required qualifications include experience in process improvement, automation, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder management, preferably within HR or shared services environments.
