Job summary

Barratt Redrow is seeking a Head of Leadership Development to shape and deliver group-wide leadership, management and OD interventions. You will consult with senior leaders, redefine our leadership offer and design capabilities to drive strategic outcomes for 2026 and beyond, while ensuring programmes are inclusive and values-aligned.

The role requires strong facilitation, coaching and data-driven evaluation skills, with a hybrid working model and collaboration across the Talent & Development

Qualifications

• Deep specialist expertise in leadership development design, implementation, delivery and evaluation.
• Sees and leverages the benefit of leadership development as a tool for culture, organisation and business performance.
• A high level of knowledge of leadership and management development principles, both current and future.
• Strong understanding of experiential learning and coaching.
• Strong delivery, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Curious and keeps up to date with trends in leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Review and redefine our leadership development offer to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Consult with senior leaders to identify needs and expected benefits.
• Lead development of new leadership capabilities for Barratt Redrow 2026 and beyond.
• Design inclusive, values-aligned programmes linked to priorities.
• Create immersive induction for Senior Leaders.
• Develop leadership programmes for pivotal roles.
• Ensure interventions deliver ROI through robust evaluation and data insights.
• Deliver leadership development, coaching and organisation development solutions.
• Manage external partners to deliver solutions within budget.
• Collaborate with Talent & Development teams and others.
