Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives for Partners and people across the UK&I region. You will collaborate across the organisation to inspire and strengthen alignment with EY’s vision and growth.

You will lead the planning and delivery of internal communications, coach a team, and partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging across channels and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large organisations.
• Proven high‑impact writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience advising senior leaders.
• Able to influence across a matrixed organisation.
• Strong collaboration and delivery focus.
• Comfort with change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, engaging leadership messages, scripts, briefings, presentations and speaking notes.
• Develop high-quality content for internal channels, events and speeches.
• Support internal engagement strategies aligned to growth plans and leadership messaging.
• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on communication approaches to maximise impact.
• Plan and deliver internal events and meetings; coordinate delivery partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead and coach the team, modelling collaborative, inclusive, high-performance behaviours.
