Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives for UK leadership. You will shape leadership messaging, craft speaking notes and content, and drive engagement across internal channels to support EY’s growth vision.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, lead events, and coach staff to deliver high-impact communications that shape EY’s culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large organisations.
• Proven stakeholder management and high-impact writing experience.
• Experience delivering content for executive leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft leadership messages, scripts, briefings and speaking notes with high impact.
• Produce internal content across channels, events and presentations.
• Support internal engagement strategy aligning people to growth plans.
• Prepare senior leaders with materials, insights and messaging.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Lead internal events planning and end-to-end delivery.
• Coach and develop team members to high-performance standards.
