Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives for EY UK and I leadership. You will craft leadership messages, manage content across channels, and ensure engaging internal communications that inspire the workforce.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver events, materials and messaging that align with EY’s vision and strategic growth plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications within large organisations.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of leadership narratives, scripts, briefings and speaking notes to convey strategy clearly and with impact.
• Support the delivery of an internal engagement strategy aligned to EY UK/I growth plans and enable leaders to engage effectively.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and advise on communication approaches to maximise engagement and impact.
• Plan and production manage internal events and meetings, coordinating teams for high‑quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Lead and coach team members, modelling collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing behaviours.
