Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with EY UK leadership and employees. You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure communications inform and inspire, strengthening connection to EY’s vision and UK&I growth agenda.

The role focuses on messaging for leadership, content development for events and channels, and advising senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large organisations.
• Proven stakeholder management and high-impact writing experience.
• Experience delivering content for executive leadership.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Craft leadership scripts, briefings and speaking notes.
• Develop content for internal channels and events.
• Support internal engagement strategy aligned to growth plan.
• Advise senior leaders on communication approaches.
• Plan and deliver internal events and manage projects end-to-end.
