Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Manager to shape leadership narratives and craft speeches, messages and briefings for senior partners and the UK&I leadership team.

You will advise senior leaders, develop clear, evidence-based communications across internal and external channels, and coordinate engaging content for events, town halls and media outreach, working closely with stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering senior leadership communications across internal and external audiences.
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and a high standard of written work.
• Experience in professional services or a large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear leadership narratives with data and insight.
• Write scripts, speeches, leadership emails, briefings and presentations for live, recorded and written channels.
• Provide Partners with timely information about the firm’s strategy, performance and priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and ensure messages remain aligned across all channels.
