Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager in the UK to translate strategy into compelling narratives for partners and staff. You will lead leadership messaging, develop content for internal channels, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and growth.

You will craft speeches, briefing notes, and presentations, coordinate internal events, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large organisations.
• Proven stakeholder management and high-impact writing experience.
• Strong storytelling and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of leadership messaging and content (scripts, briefings, speeches, notes).
• Develop internal communications across channels, events, emails, and presentations.
• Support internal engagement strategy aligned to UK&I growth plan and leadership readiness.
• Advise senior leaders on communication approaches to drive engagement and impact.
• Plan and deliver internal events and meetings, coordinating with delivery partners.
