EY-Parthenon in London is seeking a Senior Executive in Operational Decision Intelligence to lead modelling and analytics projects for major clients, delivering data-driven solutions across operations and workforce planning.

The role combines operational research techniques with a consulting mindset, involving client management, project leadership and opportunities to apply AI to improve outcomes, with some UK travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operational Research or equivalent in a numerate or analytical subject.
• Experience with optimisation and analytics techniques such as network, supply chain or resource allocation.
• Experience with Operational Research techniques like discrete event simulation, mathematical programming, system dynamics, forecasting or scenario analysis.
• Experience applying analytical and modelling techniques to support optimisation, workforce planning or other complex operational decision-making challenges.
• Strong understanding of business issues and how advanced analytics can be used to support decisions.
• Experience in managing projects from requirements to delivery, with clear communication and coaching of junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery across the life-cycle of assignments: requirements, data collection, solution design, development, testing, documentation, implementation and user training.
• Lead project teams, supervise the team, and develop junior members.
• Design and build complex models/algorithms and translate outputs into easy-to-understand visuals for clients.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to drive efficiency within projects.
• Manage client expectations and risks with involvement of senior leadership as needed.
• Support senior colleagues in developing new business and offerings.
