Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks a Senior Executive in Decision Modelling to design and deliver high-quality financial models and decision-support tools. You will work with clients across corporate, PE and government sectors, shaping outputs that drive pivotal decisions.

You will join a team delivering strategy, transactions and finance with AI-enabled analytics, collaborating across UK and international networks to create practical insights for complex decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant financial modelling experience using Excel and structured problem-solving.
• Strong judgement to select modelling approaches per client requirements.
• Curiosity about organisational drivers and linking outputs to client decisions.
• Experience delivering for clients and managing expectations.
• Attention to detail and ability to define and structure ill-defined problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing quality, scope, timing and budget.
• Collaborative teamwork and ability to coordinate input and advice.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and document financial models or decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define decisions and required outputs.
• Plan and manage scope, priorities, timing and budget.
• Analyze options, assess risks and identify opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, gather information and present findings.
• Deliver assignments independently or lead a small team.
• Ensure quality reviews and escalate material matters for senior review.
• Oversee delivery governance, documentation and handover.
• Provide feedback and coaching to others.
• Contribute to proposals and client opportunities.
