EY-Parthenon in London seeks an Assistant Director in Decision Modelling to lead complex engagements and shape client insight with advanced financial modelling. You will work with Partners and senior clients, overseeing scoping, design and delivery while guiding teams and developing new business opportunities.

The role sits within EY’s Decision Modelling practice, offering hybrid working, global collaboration, and exposure to diverse industries across the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Deep financial modelling expertise with ability to scope and assure complex work.
• Strong commercial instinct and relationships for opportunity development.
• Experience leading projects to resolve complex business problems.
• Ability to build consensus with senior stakeholders and adapt style.
• Experience guiding engagements with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across the full lifecycle from scoping to delivery.
• Co-develop complex solutions with clients and senior relationships.
• Manage engagement quality, scope, economics and risk.
• Identify new opportunities and shape offerings.
• Lead and coach engagement teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Support development of future leaders and inclusive leadership.
• Shape and improve Decision Modelling services and tools.
• Evaluate safe, AI-enabled approaches across projects and ensure responsible use.
