Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks an Assistant Director to lead Operational Decision Intelligence engagements. You will guide modelling and analytics work, design solutions, and mentor a delivery team across complex client projects.

The role involves travel within the UK and potential overseas work, requiring strong stakeholder and client-management skills along with a practical, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operational Research or equivalent numerate subject.
• Strong modelling and analytics background with OR techniques.
• Experience modelling for operational performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth area across sales and delivery of engagements.
• Oversee lifecycle from requirements to user training and delivery.
• Supervise project teams and mentor junior members.
• Manage risks in sales and delivery phases with senior guidance.
• Develop internal and external networks for opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to build complex models and visualisations.
• Identify AI opportunities to innovate and enhance projects.
• Develop new business and offerings with leadership.
