Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks an Assistant Director to lead the Operational Decision Intelligence practice. You will work on complex modelling and analytics for major corporate clients, coordinate across sales and delivery, and mentor junior staff while exploring AI-enabled efficiencies.

Role involves travel within the UK and potential overseas assignments. The team combines OR, analytics and strategy to deliver practical value for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operational Research or equivalent in a numerate or analytical subject.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth area for the team across the sales cycle and delivery of engagements.
• Oversee a complete delivery lifecycle: requirements, data, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation and user training.
• Supervise project teams and develop junior staff.
• Manage risks during sales and delivery, coordinating with senior staff and clients to mitigate risks.
• Grow internal and external networks to create new opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to design and build complex models/algorithms and translate outputs into clear visuals.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to innovate and drive efficiency.
