Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Principal Educational Psychologist to lead the Educational Psychology Service and the SEND Inclusion Service. You will set strategic direction and oversee senior psychologists across two council sites in a hybrid working arrangement.

The role requires at least five years as an educational psychologist, including a year in a senior post, and a postgraduate qualification in educational psychology.

Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate qualification in educational psychology.
• Minimum five years as an educational psychologist, including at least 12 months in a senior role.
• Proven experience leading service delivery and managing teams.

• Lead and manage the Educational Psychology Service and SEND Inclusion Service
• Provide strategic direction for the delivery of SEND reforms, including Experts at Hand
• Support and supervise Senior Educational Psychologists and other team members
• Work with schools and community settings to improve educational outcomes for children
• Represent the Educational Psychology Service on local authority and partnership boards
• Ensure effective collaboration with other children's services
