Job summary

Potensis Selection are excited to partner with an award winning property developer who are looking to expand their team and recruit an additional Strategic Land Manager for residentially led sites.

You will develop and implement the Strategic Land Strategy, represent the brand, and build relationships with agents, consultants and landowners, sourcing opportunities, and preparing viability appraisals to assess acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic land within a land promoter or dedicated team.
• RICS or RTPI qualified with a relevant degree in planning or property.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Solid understanding of land purchase, viability, and planning processes.
• Able to lead projects independently and manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Source strategic land opportunities and conduct site visits.
• Prepare viability appraisals and assess potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate and manage legal agreements and land assembly.
• Coordinate planning promotion through local plans and applications.
• Oversee schemes from investigation to planning and regional delivery.
