Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development role.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes from analysis through to evaluation.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing leadership, coaching or management programmes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and learning management systems.
• CIPD, L&D, Coaching or Facilitation qualification (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy.
• Conduct training needs analysis across the business.
• Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes and learning initiatives.
• Support leadership development and management training.
• Create career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.
• Lead apprenticeship, trainee and early careers programmes.
• Coordinate mentoring and coaching initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, inductions and development sessions.
• Oversee compliance and mandatory training requirements.
• Maintain learning records, reporting and training budgets.
• Develop and maintain digital learning resources and LMS platforms.
