Connells Group is seeking a Central Functions L&D Specialist to coordinate and deliver impactful learning programmes that drive colleague growth, leadership capability and business performance across the organisation. You will measure ROI and align learning solutions with objectives, building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will develop and deliver initiatives for colleagues at all levels, including managers, facilitate meetings, and work with Content Creation to craft materials, ensuring

Competenze

• Experience delivering training and learning interventions.
• Experience in a learning and development function delivering to a range of contexts and audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Working with Senior Management to deliver developmental and bespoke training and learning solutions.
• Delivering training and coaching interventions on a virtual training platform.
• Coordinating and delivering L&D programmes across the UK locations.
