Connells Group UK is seeking an L&D Sales Specialist to support the Managing Director and division, delivering learning solutions that align with business strategy and people development. You will deliver inductions through to developing teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations to ensure high-quality training experiences.

You will collaborate with the content team to create relevant materials, monitor programme outcomes, and stay up-to-date with industry

Competenze

• Experience delivering training in the business area required.
• Experience in an estate agency environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Mansioni

• Deliver induction, technical, developmental and bespoke training solutions.
• Deliver training and coaching interventions on a virtual training platform.
• Coordinate learning & development programmes for the business area across locations.
• Attend meetings to support Area Directors in developing their people.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Create training materials with the content creation team and monitor outcomes.
