Job summary

First Response Group in Leeds is seeking an Internal Key Account Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within our Risk Management portfolio.

You will act as the primary contact for enquiries, coordinate service requirements and quotations, and work with Operations, Sales, Finance, Helpdesk and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate quotations and service requests.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients within the Risk Management portfolio.
• Serve as primary point of contact for enquiries, service requests and account matters.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks, and drive high service levels.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, and service requests within agreed timescales.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Helpdesk to ensure seamless delivery.
